- You can only use official promotional materials with the logo and brand of Netology, which are placed in the offer.
- If you want to create your own promotional materials, you must agree them with Netology through the manager of the affiliate program before publication
- When creating and placing promotional materials, follow the instructions and tips for working with promotional materials
CONTEXTUAL ADVERTISING
- Since 01.05.2020 direct contextual advertising on the site of Netology, including redirectors, is forbidden in the offer.
- The use of branded requests in contextual advertising in the format "promo code+Netology", "cashback+Netology", with errors, in a different layout, with any word combination is prohibited. Violation leads to cancellation of orders and subsequently to disconnection from the offerer.
- All requests with the following words and their derivatives: 'netology', 'ytnjkjubz', 'netology', 'toeschdshpn' - are equated to the context of the brand and are prohibited by the rules of the program. Please use the list of minus-words.
PROMOCODES
- It is forbidden to use promo codes and promotions in your placement that are not presented in the offerer.
- It is forbidden to post promo codes in the "old/invalid promo codes" section with affiliate links.
- To get a named promo code you should send a request: webmaster's id, site, planned activity, % discount is discussed individually.
CASHBACK (it is obligatory to inform users of the service)
- CASHBACK service does not pay rewards for orders paid by a card with a cashback function, bonus program of bank or installment card.
- In order for a reward to be credited to a cashback service, a customer must apply for a course on the Netology website immediately after clicking on a referral link from a partner. Browser extensions and clicks on other tabs may result in non-cashback accrual.
- Since 15.03.21 no commission is charged for orders paid by SBI bank card.
SOCIAL MEDIA
- It is forbidden to communicate with users on behalf of Netology.
- It is forbidden to create groups, pages, accounts under the name of the Netology brand, or imitating the official Netology accounts, which will mislead the user.
EMAIL NEWSLETTERS
- Email newsletters are only allowed by agreement. Before mailing it is necessary to coordinate the template with Netology through the manager of the affiliate program
- It is forbidden to communicate on behalf of Netology and create mass spam mailings on behalf of the advertiser.
OWN SITES
It is forbidden to host/create sites that copy the domain and are designed in the style of Netology.
OTHER
- When working with a product feed, it must be updated on an ongoing basis to match the information on the site with the information on the Netology website. If there are numerous complaints from customers about inaccurate information, the webmaster may be disconnected from the feed.
- The use of Netology videos, with the exception of those posted in the affiliate program, is subject to approval on an individual basis
